| Answer: CML listings are posted right here on the CML website (Calmultiple.com), which offers you the greatest number of potential manufactured home investment opportunities in California. |

| Question: How do I get my manufactured home listed on the CML? |
| Answer: You can only get you home listed on the CML by listing it with a (CML Dealer) and, by signing a listing agreement. If you already have an agent handling the sale of your home and they are not a member of the CML, then they will have to join the CML to list your home. |

| Answer: Generally, the CML agent who lists you home is the one whose contact information is listed. |

| Question: How do I get photos of my home on the CML? |
| Answer: Your CML agent will take photos and post them on the CML website. They take care of everything. |
