The California Multiple Listing (“CML”) is California’s premiere online membership-based multiple listing service for manufactured home buyers, sellers and industry participants. The CML provides the most sought after manufactured housing information and resources to the people of California through our seamless statewide network of CML participating members (Network). CML members have a long-standing reputation for professionalism, knowledge and ethics dating back to the 1970s. Every CML member is required to pass the rigorous California Department of Housing and Community Development, Occupational Licensing Program exam before applying for membership in the CML, and they must hold an active “Dealer Manufactured Home” or “Salesperson Manufactured Home” license with that department to be an active member of the CML.
